Shipping policy

Precision Makes products are made and dispatched from Hull, United Kingdom.

Orders normally require up to two working days to prepare before dispatch. Personalised or unusually large orders may take longer; if so, we will contact you.

Available delivery services, estimated transit times and prices are shown at checkout. Current UK options include Standard delivery, normally estimated at 3–5 business days, and Express delivery, normally estimated at 1–2 business days. These estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact michael@precisionmakes.com immediately if an address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been dispatched.

If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us with your order number so that we can investigate with the carrier.
