These terms apply when you use precisionmakes.com or place an order with Michael Lee trading as Precision Makes.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly because of screen settings and the handmade or made-to-order nature of some products.

You are responsible for checking all personalisation information before submitting an order and for ensuring that you have permission to use any names, photographs, artwork or other material you provide. We may decline content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights or is otherwise unsuitable for production.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Precision Makes is not VAT registered. Delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed. Payment must be authorised before an order is produced or dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly made or misdescribed goods.

Personal information is handled according to the published Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, without removing any mandatory rights available to a consumer where they live.
